Montreal, Quebec - On April 29, the Honourable Francois-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Finance and National Revenue, will participate in an armchair discussion at an event hosted by the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations.
The Minister will discuss the Government of Canada's plan to face global uncertainty with fiscal responsibility and strong economic choices, as outlined in the Spring Economic Update 2026.
Media are invited to attend the discussion. The Minister will take questions from the media after the event.
